Your Avalon Beach team should be able to work from anywhere without IT getting in the way.
When people split their week between the village, home and client sites, access needs to follow them. We keep Microsoft 365, devices, files and security working together so your team can get on with the day wherever they open the laptop.

The IT gets sorted. Your work keeps moving.
Remote work should not create a new support problem every morning.
Repeated sign-in prompts, files saved in the wrong place and devices that behave differently at home slow the team down. The workarounds also make it harder to know whether business information is properly protected.
Your staff get the same secure, workable setup wherever they work.
We bring identities, devices and shared files into one support arrangement. Staff know where to ask for help, while you get a clearer view of access and risk without needing to understand every setting.
A handover that protects your team’s working day.
Start with what is getting in the way
Tell us where staff are losing time, which problems keep returning and what you need to improve from the current arrangement.
Map the access and suppliers
We confirm Microsoft 365, devices, internet, phones, printers and supplier access so missing records do not leave your team locked out. The structured handover usually takes two to three weeks.
Give staff one place to call
Your team contacts us directly while we close loose ends with the outgoing provider and other suppliers. You stay informed without becoming the go-between.
Built for teams spread across the northern peninsula.
If your people work around Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Parade, Whale Beach or Bilgola, the office cannot be the only place where IT works properly. We set things up so the same files and support follow the team.
Avalon Beach is within our normal same-day Northern Beaches onsite area for included incidents. Most problems are still fixed remotely because that is usually faster. Projects and new installations are booked separately.
What you might want to know before changing your IT provider.
Can our staff contact you directly?
Yes. Your staff get one clear support path instead of routing every request through an owner or office manager. We keep you informed when a decision, risk or larger piece of work needs your input.
How quickly can you provide onsite support in Avalon Beach?
For included incidents that need hands-on attention, Avalon Beach is within our normal same-day Northern Beaches service area. We diagnose remotely first because that is usually the quickest way to get your staff moving. Projects, moves and larger installations are scoped separately.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We confirm the accounts, devices, suppliers, licences and access involved, then agree the order of the handover with you. A structured handover usually takes two to three weeks, with urgent problems handled first.
Can you help with cyber-insurance and security questionnaires?
We can review and document the technical controls your business uses, explain gaps in plain English and help you plan practical improvements. We do not provide insurance advice or promise an insurer or claim outcome.
Do we have to replace all our equipment?
No. We assess what you already have and explain what can stay, what is creating a real risk and what can wait. Any project or replacement cost is agreed before work starts.
How much does managed IT support cost?
Managed support starts from $95 per person per month excluding GST, with Microsoft 365 licensing supplied separately. Plans use a 12-month agreement. We confirm the right scope after understanding your team, devices, sites and support needs.
Make work feel consistent, wherever your Avalon team logs in.
Tell us what your staff keep waiting on. We will ask a few useful questions and tell you plainly whether Vaelis is the right fit.
