Keep the shop floor connected and production moving.
Wi-Fi holds up around concrete and machinery, dispatch printers keep printing and an office security incident does not spread into production. We support 5 to 30-staff manufacturers, fabricators and trades from Warriewood across Brookvale, Belrose, Mona Vale and Frenchs Forest.

Your network has to survive the building it works in.
Concrete, metal shelving, machinery, dust and vibration are hard on office-grade equipment. We work on the floor, find where the interruption starts and build around the way production runs.
Keep Wi-Fi working between racks and machinery
We survey the floor and place business access points around concrete, metal and interference instead of guessing from a plan.
Stop an office incident reaching production
Production gear, controllers, cameras and connected devices sit on separate networks so one problem cannot spread everywhere.
Keep labels moving through dispatch
Zebra, Brother and Dymo printers are connected to stock and dispatch with a clear retry path when a job fails.
Keep the systems around your ERP reliable
We handle accounts, two-step sign-in, devices, network performance and supplier liaison around MYOB Acumatica, Xero, Cin7 and Unleashed.
Agree after-hours cover before a run-on shift
Support outside business hours is a defined extension with clear coverage and response expectations.
Know how production restarts after a failure
Offsite copies and a tested recovery plan cover ERP failure, server failure, ransomware, fire and flood.
Compliance and audit-trail controls
WHS, product liability and increasingly cyber-insurance compliance all hinge on the same thing: an audit trail you can show. Who logged in, what happened, who signed off, when. Most small manufacturers don’t fail on the policy, they fail when the SafeWork inspector or the insurer asks for the evidence and it isn’t there.
We align to the NSW Work Health and Safety Act (often run through SafetyCulture, set up properly at the IT level), Australian Consumer Law record-keeping, Privacy Act obligations where you hold customer data, and the cyber-insurance pre-conditions every insurer asks about. Renewal evidence is packaged for your broker, included in every managed retainer.

IT for manufacturers and trades, answered.
Our shop-floor Wi-Fi keeps dropping out, can you actually fix that?
Yes. Most manufacturer Wi-Fi problems we see are office-grade access points fighting concrete, metal, and machinery, and losing. The fix is a proper site survey, industrial-grade access points (UniFi, Meraki, or Ruckus depending on budget and feature needs), VLAN separation between production and office traffic, and ongoing monitoring. We’ve done this across Brookvale, Belrose, Mona Vale, and Warriewood industrial precincts. Site survey is included in onboarding for managed clients.
Do you cover after-hours production runs and overnight shifts?
Yes, but it has to be agreed up-front, not assumed. Our standard managed retainer is business hours; after-hours cover (production support during overnight or weekend shifts) is a defined extension with clear response expectations. Most manufacturers we cover have a small extension that covers ERP, dispatch, and Wi-Fi, the right scope at the right cost, rather than full IT after-hours.
Can you support our MYOB Acumatica or Xero + Cin7 setup?
We handle the IT layer around it, user accounts, MFA, device and network performance, browser-add-in updates, integration with Microsoft 365, and the conduit to MYOB / Xero / Cin7 vendor support when something needs escalation. ERP customisation, chart-of-accounts work, and stock-system configuration are vendor-specialist jobs; we don’t pretend to be MYOB Acumatica consultants. Most manufacturers run with us for the IT side and a separate accounting partner or in-house bookkeeper for the application side.
How do you keep the production network safe from a ransomware attack on the office?
Network segmentation, and we do this directly. Production gear, machine controllers, IoT sensors, and CCTV go on their own VLANs, separated from the office network at the firewall. A ransomware infection on an office PC can’t reach the production stack, and an issue on the production stack can’t take down email. We run regular firewall reviews and segregation tests as part of the managed retainer.
What about backup and disaster recovery for production data?
Critical, and frequently neglected, most small manufacturers we onboard have a backup that no one’s tested. We design proper backup architecture (local cache for fast restore, offsite copy in cloud storage, monthly test restore) and a disaster-recovery runbook covering: ERP failure, server failure, ransomware lockout, office fire/flood, NBN outage. Tested, documented, and re-tested quarterly. Included on Strategic and Fortified managed tiers.
Can you help with SafetyCulture rollout for shop-floor staff?
We handle the IT side of the rollout: choosing the right device pool (rugged tablets, shop-floor kiosks, or staff phones), configuring user accounts and MFA, the network reliability the app needs, and the Microsoft 365 integration where applicable. The actual SafetyCulture inspection-template configuration and audit-content design is the vendor’s specialist work, they do it well, with their own support team. We project-manage the IT-side rollout as your single point of contact.
How does pricing work for a 20-person manufacturer?
Managed support is priced per person per month. Foundation is $95, Strategic is $150 and Fortified is $279, ex GST. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is supplied separately. That fee covers proactive support, security, backups, ERP and accounting software at the IT level, network and Wi-Fi monitoring, vendor liaison, cyber-insurance renewal evidence, and reasonable break-fix. Network upgrades, ERP rollouts, and significant projects are quoted as fixed-fee separately. After-hours cover is a defined extension if you need it. Published managed pricing assumes a 12-month agreement.
