Keep practitioners focused on patients, not login, claim or telehealth problems.
Appointments keep moving while we handle the devices, accounts, Microsoft 365 and network around Cliniko, Coreplus, Halaxy, Power Diary, Medicare and HICAPS. We support 5 to 30-staff allied health practices across the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore.

Appointments keep moving when technology gets in the way.
Your front desk should not have to diagnose whether a problem belongs to the practice software, terminal, internet provider or computer. We handle the IT side and coordinate with the vendor when the issue sits with them.
Keep the practice system available
We manage accounts, two-step sign-in, practitioner access and device performance around Cliniko, Coreplus, Halaxy and Power Diary.
Finish the claim when the connection drops
Medicare and HICAPS terminals get reliable network access and a documented fallback for interrupted claims.
Run telehealth without awkward dropouts
We check bandwidth, audio and network stability so the appointment feels professional for the patient.
Know who can see patient information
Access, storage and sharing are set around Privacy Act obligations and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Give contractors only the access they need
Each practitioner gets their own sign-in and defined permissions, with access removed cleanly when they leave.
Bring practice data back when needed
Offsite copies, tested restores and documented recovery steps reduce disruption after deletion, failure or ransomware.
Compliance and AHPRA-aligned controls
The OAIC and AHPRA both expect specific controls, you don’t get to invent your own. Most small practices fail not on the policy but on the evidence: the MFA wasn’t on, the backup wasn’t tested, the practitioner laptop wasn’t encrypted. We run the controls and document them.
We align to the Privacy Act and APPs, MyHealthRecord access controls, AHPRA professional obligations, PCI-aligned HICAPS handling, NDIS Quality and Safeguards expectations, and the cyber-insurance pre-conditions every insurer asks about. Renewal evidence is packaged for your broker, included in every managed retainer.

IT for allied health, answered.
How do you support NDIS-funded practices specifically?
NDIS-specific work happens inside your practice-management software (claim batching, plan management, participant records), that’s the vendor’s domain. What we own is the IT layer that the NDIS workflow depends on: secure access for plan-managed and self-managed participants’ records, audit-logged staff access, encrypted devices, the network reliability that lets claim submissions actually go through. Plus the conduit to your practice-management vendor when their support team is the bottleneck.
How do you handle a HICAPS or Tyro terminal changeover?
Most practices replace their HICAPS terminal every 3–4 years and the changeover is genuinely painful, claim disruption, network reconfiguration, staff retraining. We project-manage the IT side: pre-stage the network, schedule the cutover for a quiet day, configure the firewall and VLAN, test claim submission from start to finish before staff arrive Monday morning. The vendor (HICAPS / Tyro) handles the terminal config and the merchant relationship; we handle everything around it.
Is it safe to use Microsoft Copilot for clinical letters?
Yes, with the right plan and configuration. Microsoft 365 Copilot used inside your tenant doesn’t train on your data and respects existing permissions. The right pattern: practitioners draft a letter in Word using Copilot, with patient identifiers anonymised in the prompt where practical, and review every output before it’s sent. Free ChatGPT is not appropriate for clinical content. We help you set up Copilot properly, license it for the right users, and run a session on safe-use patterns.
How do you handle Cliniko / Coreplus / Halaxy outages?
Practice-management vendors all have unplanned outages, and you can’t prevent them. What you can do is have the fallbacks ready, a printed appointment list for the day, a paper consent form, a manual claim process, so the front desk doesn’t have to invent it under pressure. We help you write the runbook so a one-hour Cliniko outage doesn’t cost a half-day of patient trust. We’re not Cliniko’s support; we’re the team that makes sure the right people know what to do when Cliniko is the bottleneck.
Can you set up secure telehealth that integrates with our practice management?
Yes, at the IT layer. We run the network, audio, and bandwidth side, the parts that decide whether the session is professional or embarrassing, plus the integration setup with whichever telehealth platform your software supports. The platform itself (Coviu, Doxy.me, Teams, Zoom) is the vendor’s domain; we make sure the conditions around it are right. For practices that record sessions, we configure storage, retention, and access controls to match Australian Privacy Act requirements.
What does cyber insurance for a small allied health practice require?
MFA on every login (Cliniko / Coreplus / Halaxy / MyHealthRecord / Medicare / Microsoft 365), regularly tested backups, encrypted practitioner laptops, endpoint protection, security awareness training, and a documented breach-response plan. We run all of these as part of the managed retainer, documented for renewal time, included, not extra.
Do you support practices with casual or contractor practitioners?
Yes, multi-practitioner setups are common and we’ve made the casual/contractor onboarding fast. The pattern: each practitioner has their own login (no shared accounts), with access to the patients they’re treating and nothing else. New casual gets logins, the extra sign-in step and device setup through a documented onboarding checklist; departing contractor’s access is revoked immediately with an audit trail. MFA on every login, encrypted laptops if they’re using their own device, and a one-page “what you can and can’t share” policy.
How does pricing work for a 12-person allied health practice?
Managed support is priced per person per month. Foundation is $95, Strategic is $150 and Fortified is $279, ex GST. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is supplied separately. That fee covers proactive support, security, backups, Microsoft 365, vendor liaison, cyber-insurance renewal evidence, HICAPS network reliability, and reasonable break-fix. Network upgrades and significant migrations are quoted as fixed-fee separately. Published managed pricing assumes a 12-month agreement.
