A familiar problem

Your staff need an IT contact who is not you.

When technology problems are not properly handled, they land on the owner or office manager. Password resets and suspicious emails interrupt the day. The same issues keep returning while more important work waits.

We support your staff directly and maintain the technology they rely on, so we are not just fixing whatever broke today.

What local businesses say about working with us.

★★★★★

“Mark noticed an issue with my domain that was causing my emails to be flagged as spam, which I didn’t realise was happening. He sent me clear instructions on how to fix the issue and now my emails don’t get ignored. Thanks Mark! Highly recommend.”

“Seamless and professional service. Mark sorted out our IT issues and set us up with workable systems allowing us to get on with what we do best – not IT stuff! Great service and reasonably priced. Would recommend.”

Changing IT providers

A managed handover usually takes two to three weeks.

We coordinate with your current provider and keep the handover moving. Your staff should not have to manage it.

01

Tell us what is happening

We start with a short conversation about your team, the recurring problems and what you want to improve.

02

We review your setup

We check Microsoft 365, devices, backups, security and the information held by your current provider.

03

We take over support

We get the access we need, start helping your staff and check the backups and security protections.

Frequently asked questions

What local businesses ask before they call.

What size businesses do you support?

Our managed IT plans are built for Northern Beaches businesses with 5-30 staff. We also take on one-off projects where there is a clear fit.

How much does managed IT support cost?

Plans start at $95 per person per month, ex GST. The final price depends on your team, current setup and the level of support and security you need. Larger migrations and projects are quoted separately before work starts.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. A managed handover usually takes two to three weeks. We coordinate access and documentation with your current provider, then start supporting your staff and checking the important systems.

Do we need an ongoing support plan?

No. We provide managed support, but we also take on one-off Microsoft 365 migrations, office moves, network upgrades, security reviews and practical AI projects.

Can you help us meet cybersecurity requirements?

Yes. We can review a security questionnaire from a client, industry body or insurer, explain what it is asking, identify gaps and put the right protections in place. We provide evidence about the protections we manage, but we do not advise on or arrange cyber insurance.

How quickly will you respond when we need help?

We agree support hours and response targets with you before you sign. Urgent problems that stop your team working are handled first during business hours. After-hours help for genuine emergencies is available where it is included in your plan.

Do you provide onsite support?

Yes. We are based in Warriewood and visit clients across the Northern Beaches. We use remote support when it is faster and come onsite when hands-on work is needed.
