Stop carrying the IT problems for your Narrabeen team.
If your staff bring every email, device and Microsoft 365 problem to you, the support arrangement is not working. Your staff should get help directly, and recurring problems should be fixed properly. You should also know what needs attention without having to interpret the technical detail.

Clear advice. Problems properly owned.
Your provider should own the problem, not hand it back to you.
When your provider is slow to respond, IT becomes a second job for you. Your staff stop logging issues because they expect no answer. The same problems return, and security forms sit on your desk because nobody can explain what the questions mean.
Your staff know who to call, and you can get back to your real job.
Our team handles the day-to-day support requests, watches for recurring issues and explains the decisions that need your input. When another supplier is involved, we stay with the issue instead of sending you off to coordinate everyone yourself.
A handover without the mystery.
Show us what is not working
Start with a 15-minute conversation about the problems your team keeps hitting and what you need from support.
Map the handover
We confirm the accounts, devices, suppliers and access involved so missing records do not hold up your staff when they move across. The structured handover usually takes two to three weeks.
Give your team one place to call
Your staff get one clear place to ask for help. We take ownership of issues and keep you informed without making you the go-between.
Five minutes up Pittwater Road.
We are based in Warriewood. If your business is around Narrabeen village, North Narrabeen or Collaroy, most problems are fixed remotely because that is usually fastest. When hands-on work is needed and included in your service, onsite help is close and we tell you when someone can be there.
Your team should be able to move between the office, home and client sites along the Pittwater Road corridor without losing access to what they need. We keep sign-ins, files, devices and backups working together so changing location does not create another IT problem.
What you might want to know before changing your IT provider.
Can you take over if our current IT provider is not responding?
Yes. First we map the accounts, devices and suppliers you already have, including the accounts that can manage your systems. We request the handover records and identify anything missing. The structured handover usually takes two to three weeks, with priorities agreed before your staff move across.
Will our staff call you directly, or will every problem still come through me?
Under an ongoing support agreement, your staff contact our team directly. You do not need to collect screenshots, translate the problem or chase separate suppliers. We own the issue and keep the right person informed.
How quickly can you help onsite in Narrabeen?
If we cannot fix the problem remotely and onsite support is included, we can often get from Warriewood to Narrabeen the same business day for issues logged early. When you contact us, we will tell you when someone can be there.
Can you help with a security or insurance questionnaire?
We can explain the questions, check what is in place and document protections such as two-step sign-in, email security and backups. We do not advise on insurance cover, policy wording or whether a claim will be accepted. Those questions stay with your broker or insurer.
Do we need to replace all our existing equipment?
No. We check what you have, what is still supported and what is causing risk or wasted time. If a laptop, network or licence is doing its job, keeping it may be the sensible answer. Buying something new is not automatically the recommendation.
What does managed IT support cost?
Managed support starts at $95 per person per month, ex GST. The right option depends on your onsite needs, planning and security requirements. Microsoft 365 is supplied separately, and published managed pricing assumes a 12-month agreement. We confirm the fit and price before anything starts.
Give the IT job back to the IT team.
Tell us what your staff keep bringing to you. We will ask a few useful questions and tell you plainly whether Vaelis is the right fit.
